Security Deposit $400 for either weekend or week. All taxes are included.

* Cottage accommodates 10 guests...
prices reflect four guests in July and August and two guests in June and September and off season...additional cost for guests are indicated with a maximum as shown above.

Cancellations*

In the event of a change in plans, Morning Mist requires  3 weeks notice for cancellations during July and August.  All other times a minimum of 2 weeks is required. 

*25% of the original deposit will be retained.
